TRAILS OPEN: TREAD LIGHTLY

With the drier and warmer weather, the snow has almost fully melted, and the top layer of the ground has thawed. With that said, we are still in the midst of the freeze-thaw cycle. The next few days are warm enough that any open section of south-facing trail may be a bit greasy as it continues to thaw. Most other sections have remained solid. Therefore, the off-road trails are now OPEN. Please continue to be careful when out there – do not widen the trail, limit hard braking or quick turns in soft corners to prevent rutting. As the colder temperatures return, the ground should freeze and harden up for more solid conditions. As always, thanks for your patience. Please spread the word! And have a Merry Christmas!
